As an authorised Canon partner, Trio Systems maintains all of our multi-functional printers (MFPs) with a team of fully trained in house service technicians. If customers require service support, they can call (and speak to a human!) or email with queries or requests for support. There is usually a technician available in the office to assist but if not then they are only a phone call away.
The mobile service technicians carry a full complement of spare parts for all of the systems that we support ensuring maximum ‘up-time’ for customers’ printers and MFPs. We also ensure that all of the devices have system software updates on a regular basis and our technicians are always attending Canon courses as part of their continuing professional development.
